Position: SALES MANAGER


Responsibility:
CENTROSOLAR America seeks to strengthen and expand its business in the PV installer channel and is hiring Sales Managers, specifically for the residential and mid-commercial installer sales channel. The Sales Manager will report to the Chief Sales Officer, and have no direct reports. The responsibilities include:

  • Drive, plan and execute the sales of the company’s products to CentroSolar’s Partners such as PV installers and electrical contractors.Build a solid pipeline of repeat installer-partners in the region.
  • Develop a detailed sales plan for the residential and mid-commercial channel, including identification and targeting of key accounts in order to meet the company’s business plan
  • Use company sales planning and quoting system to support installer partners on project quotes and ongoing needs
  • Support National marketing team in identifying targets for CentroPartner program and enrollment into the company’s local training event: CentroSchool


Requirements:

  • 10 or more years of sales experience, with a solid track record of growth in direct and distribution channel sales via Partners – preferably in the energy management, renewable energy or related industries
  • Thorough knowledge of financing and rebate programs for the domestic Solar/PV industry
  • Excellent management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written/presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree or above, preferably in business

  • Person should be flexible with travel and work schedules, in order to support CentroSolar’s North American management team as necessary
