Position: Business Development Associate
Location: Fremont, CA
The Business Development Associate at Centrosolar America will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development, supporting the Business Development team, meeting current program objectives and developing new opportunities to help grow Centrosolar’s North American business. The position is full-time and based in our Fremont, California office.
Manage on-boarding of new customer accounts into various corporate programs -CentroLease® and CentroClub
Provide training assistance for new accounts, establish quarterly and annual performance metrics and manage expectations on a periodic basis
Manage end-customer lead management systems, including account management for lead distribution, lead management budgets, reporting and tracking
Develop successful partnerships with consumer home-improvement sales and related businesses to improve lead management activities
Develop and manage processes, timelines, targets and metrics linked to program launch and ramp-up for current and future programs
Analyze customer pricing, project economics to support overall corporate objectives for all new corporate programs, including CentroLease and CentroClub
Work with Sales, Finance and Operations teams cross-functionally, to support Centrosolar customers, as needed, on new programs
Develop Centrosolar expertise on new market growth opportunities, including new channels for incremental business
Requirements
Energetic personality able to service the overall organization
Some domestic travel to evaluate promising opportunities (25% travel)
BA/BS with 2-5 years of B2B and/or B2C sales or account management experience
Relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis and budgets
Experience in working with online tools for pricing and deal management/tracking
Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential
Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Prior experience in Solar will be beneficial, but not necessary!
Compensation
Base salary, plus additional performance bonus

Position: PV System Designer
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
About the Opportunity:
Centrosolar America needs an experienced individual to strengthen the Product Development team in support of pre-engineered Value-Added Systems and new product development. Applications include residential, commercial, battery back-up and off grid PV system design and proprietary integration components. Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute ACAD documentation involving PV system electrical schematics, mechanical installation details and parts lists in support of packaged PV systems and new product development.
Assist with installation and operation instruction manuals including text edits, graphics, drawings and technical illustrations.
Perform & analyze PV system string sizing performance using web-based tools.
Manage documentation control of parts lists, drawings and engineering revisions.
Perform hands-on prototype evaluations, demo PV system test/analysis tools.
Support sales with application assistance, custom system quote requirements and technical support.
Coordinate design activity and interface with Operations and other departments’ needs.
Qualifications:
Mastery of AutoCAD pertaining to best drafting practices applied to electrical schematics, site plot plans, building construction, civil trades, mechanical assembly details and exploded views.
2-3 years work experience in residential/commercial PV design role to NEC690-2005.
2-5+ years AutoCAD (LT) experience, Google sketch up, 3D, Adobe Illustrator a plus.
Familiar with utility co. requirements, rules & working with AHJs-Inspectors a plus.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Position: Sales Operations/Sales Support
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
About the Opportunity:
Centrosolar America is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a Sales Operations-Sales Support role. This position will report to the Director of Sales-Western Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth order flow from sales to order admin.
Collect and organize rebate paperwork, dealer applications and purchase orders.
Assist sales team in preparing quotes and proposals.
Respond to inbound inquiries from leads, customers and sales team.
Support sales team when members are traveling or in the field.
Collect and distribute leads to sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
Driven self-starter with strong work ethic.
Experience using CRM tools.
Solar PV experience desirable.
Skills:
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
